1. Nori Maki (Sushi Rolls)
It is filled with a variety of ingredients and rolled together with vinegared rice.
2.Teriyaki Dish (Choose One)
Choose from chicken, fish, vegetables, or tofu to create a savory and glossy teriyaki dish. Master the balance of sweet and salty flavors that make teriyaki so iconic.
3.Seasonal Vegetables
We will make simple vegetable side dishes using seasonal vegetables.
4.Seasonal Miso Soup
Learn to make dashi(broth) from scratch using katsuobushi (bonito flakes) and kombu (kelp). Pair this rich broth with seasonal ingredients to create a comforting bowl of miso soup.

Cancellation Policy
Regarding the guest cancellation policy, if a cancellation occurs more than 48 hours prior to the reserved experience date, the guest will receive a full refund minus a 3.6% transaction fee. If the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the start of the experience, the guest is responsible for 100% of the experience fee.
