My name is Yuka Ito. After graduating from a pastry school, I gained experience as a pâtissier, where I developed a particular passion for creating Japanese sweets (wagashi), marzipan, and chocolate. In my hands-on workshops, I look forward to sharing the charm of Japanese culture through wagashi and spending an enjoyable time together.
