My name is Michiko.
I was born and raised in Miyagi Prefecture, where seafood and mountains abound, and now I live in Yokohama. I worked as a teacher for 20 years and now I want to communicate with many foreigners, so I became a cooking instructor to teach Japanese cuisine. I want to show you that there is more to Japanese cuisine than just sushi and ramen. I will teach you how to cook and what seasonings to use.
